What are the monthly condominium association fees and what do they cover?

With your purchase of the townhome at Stonebrook, you will enjoy the convenience and low maintenance of a luxury condominium community.

Included in the monthly fee.

• Spring Clean-up: Shrubbery beds and tree rings will be cleaned of weeds and debris, edged by hand, perennials pruned, fertilized and pre-emergent herbicide applied, turf damage from snow removal repaired and aged hardwood mulch applied.

• General Maintenance: Lawn mowed weekly or as needed, approximately 28 times annually, shrubbery beds, trees, walks and drives edged and weeded weekly, removal of leaves.

• Pruning: mid-summer pruning and shearing to keep plants aesthetically pleasing.

• Turf Fertilization: turf fertilizer applied 4 times, weed control 2 times, insecticide 1 time annually.

• Fall Clean-up: lawn areas and planting beds cleaned of leaves and debris, perennials pruned, shrubbery damage tied.

• Maintenance Fund: funds set aside for future maintenance and repairs to major building components such as roofs, gutters, downspouts, siding, driveways, roadways, re-plantings, etc.
